What is Authenticity Coaching FAQ

Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client, grounded in the client’s needs and goals. By using thoughtful questions and active listening, a coach helps a client break a goal into smaller, actionable steps tailored to the client.
Who is authenticity coaching for?
Those who are, or are becoming aware that what they present to the world is not who they truly are, and are ready to take the steps to discover their authentic selves and work towards being who they truly are.
Those who are ready to break out of the box society has put them in and to take steps toward becoming their true selves.
Those who know some aspects of who they truly are and are ready for a safe, non-judgemental space and support in their journey through experiments and individualized action plans.
What to expect with authenticicty coaching with K
The first 30-minute discovery session is held to determine if we are a good fit. I will gather information about your situation and your current status. I will address your questions and provide the options that best suit your needs.
Virtual one-hour sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. After each session, an email containing an overview and the agreed-upon action plan is sent.
Overall, weekly sessions at the beginning of our time together are most effective for ensuring a strong start and connection. As time goes on and goals are reached, you will gain the skills to keep making changes in the specific ways that help you feel safe and secure. The sessions will decrease in frequency until you feel ready to continue independently.
As an addition to the virtual sessions, email or text can be used. This is used in place of weekly sessions to reduce support or costs. Please see the offers for more information.
In the future, I plan to include group coaching as well. Setting up groups working on similar goals fosters a sense of community support and lowers the cost of moving towards your authentic self. This will be helpful as an add-on to any coaching plan, as support when you are ready to transition from private coaching sessions, or when you are not yet ready for private coaching.
