I am K, a late-diagnosed neurodivergent and late-coming-out queer person.
I spent my life trying to fit into society and be who I was told I should be. Between trying to decipher which version of me was needed at what time and the ebbs and flows of my energy and ability to function, I never really fit in. I skirted the edges of friend groups, not disliked per se, but not invited to things either.
I felt like a failure because I couldn’t even be a human correctly.

Healing Chaos exists to help people reconnect their mind, body, and soul, reestablish communication within themselves, and move towards embodying their authentic selves through coaching, whimsy, mindful crafting, Reiki, and community.

Six one-hour private sessions held on Zoom
Moving at your pace, I support you each week as you bring into your life the items that resonate with you, reconfiguring or letting go of the pieces that no longer fit.
As you transform your life into one that is authentic to you, you learn to continue the process so that, as you grow, you can choose the life that is true to your authentic self.

Sessions are held on Zoom
Three private sessions plus three email check-in sessions
This offer includes three 60-minute 1:1 sessions and three email sessions. The email sessions will start with a form for submitting the week’s progress, including struggles and highlights. After review, clarification questions will be asked, and an updated plan for next week will be returned.
The plan will be based on the previous live coaching call and the sheet submitted. If multiple changes to the plan or goals are needed, a live coaching session will be required, and the email session will be used later.
