When you purchase or book with Healing Chaos, I may collect:

Your name, preferred name, and pronouns

Your email address and phone number

Payment information (processed securely through Stripe: I do not store your payment details directly)

Information you share in intake forms, sessions, or correspondence

How I Use It

Your information is used to:

Provide the services you purchased

Communicate with you about sessions, scheduling, and resources

Send occasional emails about Healing Chaos offerings if you have opted in

I do not sell your information. Ever.

Who Sees It

Your personal information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver services — for example, scheduling or payment processing platforms. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, which I encourage you to review.

Email Communication

If you purchase a service or opt in through my website, you may receive emails from Healing Chaos. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Your Data, Your Rights

You have the right to:

Ask what information I hold about you

Request that I correct or delete your information

Opt out of marketing emails at any time

If I make significant changes to this policy, I will update the date at the top and note it where relevant. Continued use of Healing Chaos services after changes are posted means you are okay with the updated policy.

Terms of Service

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you reserve your spot and agree to the terms below. If you have questions before purchasing, please reach out at KB@Healing-Chaos.com before completing checkout.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because my time and preparation begin before we ever meet, I am unable to offer refunds once a session or package has been purchased. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 48 hours notice.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be considered a used session.

If I need to cancel or reschedule on my end, I will reach out as soon as possible, and we will find a time that works for you.

Session Expiration

Purchased sessions and packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after that period are forfeited. If life gets complicated and you need a little flexibility, please reach out. I would rather find a solution than lose you.

Scope of Service

Healing Chaos offers authenticity coaching and Reiki services. Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process — it is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and it does not replace any of those things. I am not a licensed mental health provider or medical professional.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services or a licensed professional in your area.

Communication Boundaries

Between-session support via email or text is available on select packages. Please refer to your package details.  Response times are typically within 2 business days.  Between-session communication is not intended for emergencies or crisis support.  For urgent mental health needs, please contact a licensed provider or emergency services.

Confidentiality

What you share in our sessions stays between us. I do not share your information with third parties. The standard exceptions to confidentiality apply — if I have reason to believe there is a risk of harm to you or someone else, I may be required to take appropriate action.

Any notes I keep are stored securely and used only to support our work together.

Your Materials

All worksheets, resources, and content created by Healing Chaos remain the intellectual property of Healing Chaos. They are for your personal use only and are not to be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Ending the Coaching Relationship

Either of us may choose to end our coaching relationship at any time. I ask for reasonable notice from both sides so we can wrap up thoughtfully. Unused sessions at the time the relationship ends are subject to the refund policy above.

Results

I am fully committed to supporting your journey, and I will show up for you completely. That said, coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own engagement and readiness. I cannot guarantee specific results, and by purchasing, you acknowledge that.
