The three 60-minute live sessions give us space to go deeper, shift direction if needed, and build your action plan together. The three email sessions keep the momentum going between calls without requiring you to show up live every time.
Here’s how the email sessions work: you’ll fill out a short check-in form about your week: what went well, what felt hard, where you’re at. K reviews it, follows up with any clarifying questions, and sends back an updated plan for the week ahead.
